A lunch of various soups and sandwiches prepared by church members will follow the 11:00 worship service for the cost of a donation. Funds raised will be divided evenly to support the free food pantrys at Locust Grove United Methodist Church and Fair Grove United Methodist Church

Join our Men’s Fellowship for a message and breakfast buffet. The breakfast is provided by members of our Women’s Fellowship at a cost of $10 or a donation.

150 Thanksgiving dinners will be given away to those in need in our community. The dinner will consist of a frozen turkey, green beans. stuffing, potatoes, cranberry sauce and a pie. This is a first come, first served event.

Fill a Samaritan’s Purse shoebox for a child in another part of the world. This may be the only Christmas gift this child may receive. See the brochure in the box for gift ideas. Filled shoeboxes are due on Sunday, November 12.

A safe Halloween event for kids of all ages.

Children will collect a “noisy offering” consisting of coins only. The organization that will beneifit from our upcoming noisy offerings is Operation Smile.

Members and friends of Monticello Church will again be hosting the meal and message for 16 Cents Ministry, a charitable organization that provides support for the homeless in Greensboro.
